My mind.  My thoughts. My dreams. My nightmares.  Releasing these abstract paintings is the only way I can give my mind a break even if it is for a couple of hours.  This painting is about 60 x 70 inches I put my earphones on and listen to Philip Glass and just let go.  I feel like I am on heroin or ecstasy while I paint it.  I don’t do drugs anymore so this is a very nice euphoric feeling that comes naturally.
